Any New York real estate licensee who renews their license on or after July 1, 2008 will be required to complete 22.5 hours of approved continuing education, three hours of which must include fair housing and/or discrimination in the sale or rental of real property or an interest in real property. THIS COURSE DOES meet this requirement for the 3 hours of fair housing/discrimination.
This class reviews the history of fair housing and provides an in-depth analysis of discriminatory housing practices. Fair Housing helps you provide the consistency, objectivity, and documentation of service that the law requires. HUD Regulations and Advertising Guidelines are also discussed.
The NYS Board of Real Estate course approval number for the online course is M-5685.
